（1）本机的主要控制部分由微电脑配合控制软件实现，控制精度高、速度快、抗干扰能力强，确保整机的控制性能。

（2）本机的显示屏由两片高亮进口七段数码管完成，搅拌时间显示清晰，操作面板由本公司专业设计开模制作。

（3）上盖支撑杆采用专业的支撑气缸，替代传统的机械式支撑杆，机械性能好、无噪音、奉命长、美观大方。

（4）本机设置了运行保护开关，机器在运行时无法打开上盖，防止误操作，确保作业安全，为确保保护装置的可靠性，本装置所用到的开关及电磁元件全部为进口配件。

（5）本机上盖所用到合页为本公司专业设计并独立开模加工而成，颜色与机壳村办调，开关上盖时完全无噪音且使用了极耐磨的材料，确保使用寿命。

（6）考虑到搅拌机的搅拌负荷与搅拌的平稳性，本机采用原厂松下马达，确保了锡膏的搅拌质量。

（7）本机的机械部分全部为优质钢材加工而成，韧性极好，不变形。

（8）本机所用的轴承全部为原装日本进口，噪音极小，且寿命长。

（9）本机配夹具两套，可同时搅拌两罐锡膏，考虑到搅拌负荷并尽量减小搅拌时夹具对锡膏罐的磨损，夹具所用的材料全部为赛钢，磨损小，负荷轻。
